		<description>Yes but what you missed out is the savings Qtrax may getting by an exponential decrease in bandwith costs with the user of P2P. Even if the user is getting his music at a lower speed than he would with a centralised server, he still wouldn't be complaining as isn't really paying anything. But once(if)the service gets picked up by users, speeds will start to increase.</description>

		<description>I'm not really sure I understand the point of a licensed p2p system - 
One of the main reasons that p2p networks are so robust is because it's hard to sue them out of existence. But if you've licensed all the music why bother with the p2p part, you hobble the service quality and the robustness in the face of legal challenges becomes moot.
Why not just go the route of imeem.com and store all the stuff on a central website then you can deliver instant access without worrying about whether the source for the file is online at the time.</description>
